FAQ

This is a page of Frequently Asked Questions regarding Will Writing, Estate Planning and other matters which may be of interest to you. We will add more questions and answers to this page over time..

What is a Will?

A Will sets out your wishes on what you wish to happen with your affairs on death. This covers such areas as funeral arrangements, who to leave your assets to, appointing executors to deal with your affairs and to appoint Guardians for any children or dependents you may have.

Can I change my Will?

A Will is a flexible document which can be changed as your circumstances change. A minor change may require a small amendment to your existing Will whilst other changes may need your Will to be completely re-written.

Where should I store my Will?

You should store it in a safe place and ensure your Executors (the people who will deal with your affairs after death) know where it is kept.
